Anyone got any good tips for alleviating pressure on flights I might not have heard ??

The basic stuff like ear plugs or swallowing never seems to do much for me

saline rinse is a game changer, also has the benefit of helping keep you a little bit safer from sick germs

and decongestants
definitely take decongestants of some kind especially if you’re already feeling pressure before flying
Ah yeah, I have blocked up sinus rn! My friends sink is broken and I am not in love with the idea of using a saline rinse in his kitchen sink so I think I'll search for a saline spray or something similar
THANKS GUYS... decongestants is a great idea, I only have basic panadol on me so I'll add that to the shopping list

idk if you have neti pots in aus, but they really do work wonders. you’ll want to use bottled water (not tap) though. so the actual sink shouldn’t be like...an issue?

yeah the sprays helps too!!! seconding the decongestants and stuff others have suggested
Bagged some decongestant+pain meds in one and a sinus spray ! Still have a couple of my antihistamines left too so I'm just gonna load up on everything and hopefully sleep this off
Having a huge mood dip now I'm alone at the airport too so I've gone full sooky mode
i have to chew gum or suck on candy when I fly...my ears are so mad. decongestants were my first thought so good!
I second this.
