It honestly works out well for me since I listen to podcasts a ton while I'm working, so it won't necessarily take me any longer than the rewatch itself will

I did some googling around and picked the DS9 eps of Greatest Generation just because that one seemed well-liked, but if there's a more in-depth review podcast for DS9 I'll gladly take recs

I'm still going through X-Men Evolution too but since those episodes are shorter that's going to be my 'I have limited time to watch stuff' show
