This scene is lovely because it sets up the contrast between the two main teams of the series for the entire manga

It's a match between a consistent team that's defensive and works well together. They all mesh and support kenma because he's not that strong, and he in turn makes the strategic moves.

And Karasuno which has Tobio, a pure skill 'genius' and Shoyo as a fierce speedy weapon, but that doesn't really work as a full team. It's more just ONE really powerful weapon and the speedy guy that's convenient ammo
