Just... good grief you poor shy boy that poetry attempt would put Yuri DDLC to shame.
I love the titles you get as you rank up with him
Person Who Takes A While To Warm Up To Strangers
I still don't think anyone's going to beat the student who was so eager to complete their fish research that they asked me for prehistoric fish.
Fuck you extinction we've got SCIENCE to do.
It’s true. God the studium quests were so good.
I understand why people don’t particularly like doing crafting/gathering but there’s some really good story content with them
I've been loving the Crafting questlines since all the way back in ARR with Severian and his necromancy.
They're not all great but they can be absolutely delightful when they put in the effort, and some of the most ridiculously fun characters show up there.
Yeah crafting is a bit slow and clunky, like in most games, but it's satisfying to finish something that really helps you out (or a pet).
Yes
the studium cooking story is lovely and gave me one of my favorite screenshots
Oh yeah. The desperate race to save Sharlayan from even worse Food Crimes than they're already committing.
Mister Extrovert, this is not how you properly care for your adopted Introvert.
They require slow, methodical drips of social interaction, not a sudden buffet shoved in their mouth.
Hang on. The Azure Star in the Astronomy Studium quests could only be found by looking for Aether.
Did they find Meteion's Nest?
Welp, did all but one of the EW sightseeing spots.
Wild guess which one I'm missing
It’s the jumping puzzle one right....
I got to that platform near the top and thought I was done.
Aaaaaand that's every class maxed out except for BLU.
What am I doing with my life
Doing the world tour with Omega and Alpha.
Omega: "Garleans are stupid."
That's not exactly what the ex-warmachine said, but...
i LOVE the omega and alpha questline
"You are all dumb. How do you keep not dying and surviving shit like me and the Final Days?"
"Somehow does not compute even more"
Omega: "Which Ancient is your favorite?"
Me: "Mom."
Like I'm sorry Faildad and Grumpy Uncle, but at least Mom was trying to do the right thing for everyone, as opposed to only thinking about what she wanted.
I mean, to be fair, Grumpy Uncle was also trying to do the right thing for everyone
it's just that he's way more deeply sentimental than he was ever capable of admitting to himself, and his duty was irretrievably tangled up in his feelings
It's the "everyone" part in "for everyone" where Emet-Selch trips over his own feet and faceplants.
