i put these on 10-11 days ago and they held up so well; i was sad to wipe them off and i wouldn't have if i hadn't wanted to go rainbow for pride, but i figured nearly two weeks of use wasn't a waste

i'm so impressed with how long they last; the site recommends putting on a clear top coat to make them go even longer, but in my experience polish and varnish chip more easily than these by far, and i'm worried the top coat would take some of the wrap with it when it chipped, so i haven't tried it

awww...cute. I love nails but I work with harsh chemicals so I feel like a wrap would be easier....but I might be wrong.

Colorstreet are (in my opinion) adhere slightly better than Lily & Fox but are not worth the much higher price tag

It's been a year and a half, so my memory is a little foggy, but I believe they're not nearly as flexible and forgiving as these ones,

I managed to do my grandmother's, but we gave up on my mom's

(because grandma's were a light color and Mom's were navy)

i also want to give a shoutout to how sturdy the lily & fox sets are; both of these that i've worn are ones that tricia868 gave me last august, and i kept them in my purse, which i usually leave in my car

they're (understandably!) supposed to be stored in a cool, dry place, but they survived a hot summer followed by a cold winter in the car just fine

("iddy, did you store them in your purse for so long because you put them in an out-of-the-way pocket and then forgot that they were there for ten months?" yes, obviously)

yeah, I gave them to you at my birthday last August

so they've done very well!

update: I found the rest of my nail wraps, in a completely logical place for anyone other than me to look

they were in a basket I left in the bathroom for Vik to eventually use, but of course Vik is out of town long term so it's empty, and when my mother was helping me tidy, she clearly saw it and went "free real estate!" and put them in there. But I was like "the only shelves with my stuff are the top two" and didn't look down.

anyway, these are the rainbows I remembered having.

i don't mind at all! i've ordered from them a few times and they've always thrown in a random extra set, and then also one time i was dumb and didn't notice i clicked "add to cart" twice on the same set, so i ended up with a dupe

i'm not sure how well they'd hold up to the hard chemicals you said you work with, but they're so easy to put on i figure it's worth a shot, lmao
