I accidentally used my eyeliner as a brow pencil this morning and it worked fine. I now have a suspicion that they are the SAME THING!
They kinda are. Unless it’s liquid liner and then they’re kinda not.
They're both pencils from the same brand, so...
The same company has also started selling BB cream, which looks suspiciously similar to its liquid foundation.
I've long suspected this to be true.
