Short answer NOPE except for Jr even then it depends on if he's as immune to magical mind manipulation as he is to non magical mind manipulation

But suprising some people who remember Nott, I think Dick would be able to resist the ring longer than Nott would.

Nott would fall head first into the same trap as Boromir. "We could use the ring to defend ourselves make things better for our people"

And we all know that type of thinking doesn't end well.

Meanwhile Dick currently is more likely to end up like Gollum, just using a tiny bit of the power to avoid those more powerful than him

So they're both effed but in different ways.
