i'm thinking that amy will have a stuffed toy version of victoria - specifically in civilian clothes. she'll look a little bit like alice in wonderland to add to some of the familial clusterfuck psychology that is amy's relationships with victoria and bonesaw. on some level i don't think amy will be entirely fooled by it, by virtue of the fact that she

sees herself as responsible for the event because. she (and dean) chose it. but! a big thing with motif is the conscious thought and intention and the unconscious thought and intention. she is so wrapped up in despair about the whole situation with victoria and she'd absolutely welcome a momentary break from the guilt even if she knows consciously she has

no right to do that.

so there's like. three options i'm thinking of.
option one: team destroy where she manages to overcome her reliance on this empty form of comfort where she can pretend she hasn't ruined things beyond repair.
option two: team protect where she just fully surrenders to it and needs someone to talk her down once the cracks in the illusion starts to show.

or option three: team protect where she actually makes the conscious thought to switch to team destroy out of a deep seeded feeling that she doesn't deserve to be happy and that, logically, what she was told is the trick and the people trying to destroy them are probably the other side of the test.

EITHER WAY. she is going to be mind whammied by lisa's plush toy and become plush khepri's mindless puppet, and khepri will absolutely use her power to the fullest extent. we're talking invisible airborne plagues that she can mass mutate and evolve to paralyze people so she can easily drag them into khepri's range, bugs the size of elephants hellbent on

capturing people, pheromones designed to lure more powerful people under the influence of The Hive. she won't be too conscious of what she's doing as - to a certain extent - everything her body does would just be plush khepri's direct command - but we can work out where to go from there

i thiiiiink of the three, i'm tempted to go with option 3. she'll spend the early segments much happier and much more friendly and then eventually she'll be able to blunt force her way to figuring it out

HAHAH god poor amy... she and dean were absolutely trapped, there was No Right Decision there

silver lining: at least this event makes it possible for all the sleep deprived people of Etraya to get some decent sleep for a while
