So the only family that Collins has is his father and mother, neither of which we know much about canonically other than that his father was shitty by Deinns's point of view. Which is probably true as it's heavily implied he was physically abused.

So I'm not really sure how I would play either of them if I were so inclined. Therefore just undecided.
