gotta pick a side, gotta be angry at one of them, gotta get in fights with people over it
instead of realizing the full scope of both of these men's relationship and the ways they've unintentionally been hurting or neglecting each other

That makes me sad to hear.
people never get like this about straight "miscommunication" plots lmfao
(hyperbolic bc they do just not like THIS jfc)
people just can't appreciate a good ol fashioned mess of a relationship
I am so disappointed in so many people I see on my timelines like come ON... if you can empathize with one character why can't you empathize with the other??
People are going to town on them. I finally closed twitter and put it away for the day just.. yikes
"Stolas blah blah blah unfairly sprung on Blitzø"
"Blitzø blah blah blah mocked 'I love you'"
they are BOTH WRONG and they are both extremely traumatized men trying to navigate life without the help of someone that could actually help them
They clearly DO love and care about each other like it is NOT subtle
they've been growing close over this whole time
they've been hurting each other this whole time
Stolas has been the first to recognize that and try and make things right and in episodes going forward we're gonna be seeing Blitzø making the changes
we literally have that in the season preview!!
"I don't want to be like this... not forever."
yet people are making posts like "not Stolas acting like he's the victim here" or "Blitzø doesn't know or care about Stolas" and I'm just throwing up my hands like
are you watching the same show I'm watching??
just aaAAAA but I am not responding to Bad Takes on twitter I refuse lmfao
I am just raging here in a corner instead
Social media killed media literacy
i've watched The Scene even if i'm not caught up on helluva boss yet, but like
do ppl not like.... understand complex relationships.. and feelings.. are a thing
They can both be wrong and both be hurt. They can both be hurting the other. I think there's a lot of nuance to what happened in that few minutes and while I'm slightly more annoyed at Stolas, I understand why he did as he did.
this is the one that set me off LMAO
.................................what.
I think maybe people think its cause Stolas was the one who started the deal?? IDFK
I'm staying off Twitter cause I saw some crazy shit going around
I was braced for it with Blitzø because he always catches the overblown hate (western energy was ROUGH man) but I am stunned to see Stolas catching flak
Stolas played into the horny because he thought it was roleplay. He later learned it was much more than that and started to treat it like a proper relationship
Blitz absolutely did it for the book, but learned to love Stolas for him. He just struggles to express himself around anyone
they aren't dooone that's the best part and so weird to me why people are getting Weird
THE WHOLE POINT IS THAT THEY ARE ON TWO
ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PAGES AND NEITHER OF THE PAGES IS THE CORRECT ONE
I haven't looked at twitter or anything about this episode but I'm not surprised....
I also didn't care for the Cherub plot lolol. But the A Plot, I loved it. It gutted me even though I kind of figured that was how their conversation was gonna go.
I definitely am in the minority of people that liked the subplot haha
"Highly Trained Combat Priests" and the cloning vat got me, it was just too good
immediate flashbacks to the Santa episode of Invader Zim
Oh I adored the subplot XD
The main plot was juicy but the subplot allowed for some fun while still allowing the overarching plot to move forward
I don't know which of y'all were also Zim heads but oh my god the Zim vibes
The main plot of the episode was part of the emotional story of the overarching plot and I loved that
And oh absolutely Zim vibes
The portal reminds me of "Big Bad Rubber Piggy" or whatever that weird time travel episode was with the rubber pigs
The subplot was great to allow the cast not involved in the main plot to do something fun and productive
