you know how there is a search bar at the top of your screen? whether mobile or PC, it should be there

go ahead and search up "quotev" !

its a keyword, so anyone who makes posts including the word "quotev" in it will show up, so long theyre a public account

plurk is a karma-based website-- basically what that means is that how you use this site can help either boost or decline your karma

with karma, you can get cool perks (plerks, if you will) such as: changing your display name, adding a title to your homepage (if on PC), more pets on your homepage, anonymous plurking option, and achievements !

there are two ways to add someone on plurk, you can add them as your friend, OR you could add yourself as their fan

as a fan, you can see someone on your home feed, and watch what they post. but if you are their FRIEND then they can see you and you can see them

be careful who you send friend requests to, though, bcz if they reject it or ignore it for too long, it can lower your karma

a few ways to keep your karma up is by: posting daily(no more than 30 a day, this can lower your karma), logging in, interacting with other users, having users interact with you, gain friends, and decorating your account

there are also ways to private your account if you want to do that, so that way only friends can see your plurks and whatnot

you can private message other users, or create friend groups to only post to specific people if you want to keep your account public!

well, i will just say the easiest way

when you go to make a plurk, regardless of site, there should be a yellow lock

if you click that, you can see privacy settings for ur plurk! you can have it as friends only, just for yourself, or you can even customize your own groups

if you want to DM a plurk user, you just click their account, go to their about, and click "send a private plurk"

some ppl may have this option turned off tho for friends only, so if u dont see the option dont worry too much
