After fixing the mistake:
Me: It doesn't look too bad!
Mom: Of course not, pair of geniuses like us!
Me: Yeah says the ones who orginally put it up with no curtain loops.

Whoops? XD

It gets better, I wanted to put the old curtains back up for now but Mom was like Nooo we'll get some cheap ones from the charity shop.

The new ones aren't long enough to cover the whole window ¬_¬
