This season rompers and body suits are in.

Which is not my confusion- they can be really cute!

The bit that boggles me is that all the pattern designers I follow are hyping them up by talking up their comfort.

But these are body suits that are all solid in the crotch! No snaps or other access points.

So my question is who are these people who never need to pee?

Do we not all remember the cold and awkward stripping off of our entire one piece swimsuit in order to take care of our bodily functions?

I don't know about you guys but the last place I want my cute Evening Out top is touching a pub bathroom floor!

Maybe everyone is just more coordinated than me.

I once wore a romper with like, a ton of buttons to a party and can confirm, not fun for peeing

Yeah that's straight up absurd

Maybe they're comfortable if you're eighteen months old and have a diaper on underneath

but grown adults need a little more flexibility

transilience - right? Also it is socially acceptable for those below primary age to openly wear snaps for access. In adults that's considered gauche.

i recently bought a pair of overalls for yard work, only what i thought was a dull red color turned out to be a very vibrant coral orange, so now I wear it as a cute outfit as well as for work purposes. I get so many compliments! I love it! IT IS ALSO A HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS WHEN I NEED TO PEE

especially if I'm at a fieldwork site and not just doing chores at home

lizaleigh - Oh gosh yes overalls too! Yours sound adorable and practical but also!!! The AWKWARD. I love overalls but it's definitely a big consideration.
