Just the heard the news headlines and it included the hack on DepEd's portal. I can't corroborate it with an online article though.

At any rate, I am just failing to understand why despite the obvious dangers we face (like a large neighbor who's really good at cyberattacks that bullies us), government IT infrastructure still hasn't been strengthened against attacks.

Di bale nang basura itsura, sana na lang gawan ng paraan na hindi basta-basta ma-deface (since it signals weakness--regardless of whether or not data has been breached) or ma-hack yung sites natin.

wp is totally fine and I might actually recommend it if I'm feeling lazy but

they should at least have cybersecurity staff
