Caveat: I don't like celery as I can no longer cover it in peanut butter.

I have An Amount of celery to use and while I can foist some off on mum there is simply too much to shove on just one person. So I will probably need to eat some.

celery is good in soup! if you do it with onions and carrot and noodles and chickpeas you can make a chickpea noodle soup that comes together v easily and is delish

also it's annoying but I rec giving it a wash, cutting it all up and chucking it into a container w a paper towel bc that will keep it crunchy for literally ever

Tuna salad sandwich or similar - I like this chickpea salad version bc we don’t cook meat https://images.plurk.com/7MPlASr3tUF8n5LgL32T4o.png https://images.plurk.com/3wzXjXJcVhzwZYGWKVyIBb.png
