Did you know that a 401K plan can have a separation fee? You want to do a rollover, you are hit with the fee. You withdraw, hit with that fee. You leave it there, no fee but your 401K isn't growing much.
It sucks. I'll have to deal with that fee. It's my 401K and I want it away from my ex employer.
