gators are out and about and getting into places they usually wouldn't / shouldn't so
...yeah that’s a bit more of a thing to keep an eye for than when the local stray cats get frisky.
now is around the time of year when you'll find a headline like "Alligator wanders into a local Wendy's" or something,
assuming they wandered in and weren't thrown in, anyway
