Customer has taken multiple ferries today. They prepurchased their tickets. They had reservations.

They didn't think they needed to show anyone these pre-bought tickets and apparently didn't think it was weird that we charged them at the window.

Thankfully realized that something seemed odd before getting on the boat here (most expensive dock in the fleet), but then they also thought I could refund their trip earlier. That they already went on. Between two other docks.
