I'm home and my nose feels better. Then maybe there's some stuff in the building that I'm allergic too. Once I got outside, I felt better.
I found out one of my colleagues had arthritis. She's only in her 30s. Wow. That's a shame. I think some of it has to do with the fact that she's not very active. She sits a lot. She doesn't have much energy.
