when people call in all I DONT CARE WHERE/BY WHOM I'M SEEN I JUST WANT TODAY it's kinda frustrating because I dont have a master list of appointments but I get it, even if giving me a starting place would make this all faster and easier

why is it whenever someone is calling in to schedule things out for more than a year

they dont have a date and time they want

like, that far out it's open, babe. "march" only gets me so far. did you want the beginning of the month? the end? were you only interested in early morning on wednesdays??

just TELL ME so I can find the times that actually work rather than playing 20 questions
