So there is a card game that's kinda like poker but it's called Yar
Yar is mostly ignored content, no one really does it. But it's in the main quest multiple times so you just have to learn how to play
And for war today we had an arranged 3v3
We had 2 allies and the opposing side had 3 allies
We slammed down 1 of the allies in 10 min
I think they miscalculated and just didn't realize how quickly their base was going down
SORRY not allies, we slammed down one of the opponent
And then we had to play distracter so our own ally could avoid death by causing enough fuss at the enemy's base that they had no choice but to go home
And stop attacking our ally
Once the ally repaired we had them and our other ally take down ~The Top Guild~ while we kept the 3rd opponent busy so they couldn't help Top Guild survive
So we took down top guild and all that was left was the final opponent and boy it was messy but we took them down by coordinating with our allies in large waves of endless attacks
Even though I say we are allies, there is friendly fire between us so casualties happen when you don't want them too, hence sending out in waves
Generally, this is zerging but since we had a 3v3 to start, it is okay and not frowned upon
SO THEN OUR OPPONENTS ARE ALL DEAD
And the 3 of us look at each other
1 peaces out. They have no interest in winning
The other says "Yar for Win"
So they get their Champion of Yar and we get ours
And we find out their Champion has a 77% victory and hasn't lost a node to yar before
Our Champ has a 50% victory
And our champ won
And their champion was humbled on this day.
Throughout the match we're all in vc trying so hard not to backseat Yar
But he did great, the win was only by 6 points but that's all we needed
