Just on a logistics level, I don't really understand the idea of expanding the cast instead of retiring some while bringing in new ones. Are they afraid of losing those particular fans? Setting a precedent that will make fans panic?

i took some screenshots while going through the last part of ruggie's platinum jacket story but it seemed like the shots weren't taking or delayed and then twst closed itself. and i see none of the screenshots saved so that is the tiniest bummer ah well

sebek's left-handedness kind of conceals it but i have gotten my first thirty score thanks to the power of lactose
i feel if one of the judges was vil or jamil here they would have given me a nine and i'd have to do it again although that was my last gold cheese. a new scouting ground has been unlocked so doing the one fifty minute scout just to have ingredients to unlock recipes

oddly enough across the board cater's ssr cards are fairly decent in attack strength. and i like to act like a tank and not think. i know that's not a strategy that works in every battle but that isn't stopping me. i haven't learned from the last dungeon of darkness
though i won't pretend like i have used his broomquet card at all. it's one of my favorites to look at but i guess his buddies haven't made it one i'd go to and it's weaker 
love it when his minor evasion for his flora spell on his union birthday card actually works. that shit's nice
but yeah pretty much everyone else is the support to cater. he's the main character. there are a couple of cater cards that have buddy bonus with kalim, lilia and ruggie. and well i have a couple lilia cards. and if sebek is already set to my team anyway well that's great because the couple cards i have him overlap with lilia

ultimately i do have less leona cards but i do think he overlaps with the other cards a bit more securely than epel or rook would. like. putting either of them in his place would probably need me to maybe get rid of ortho or lilia as well for the other pomefiore
and i don't really want to do that because i feel like it'll get down to the wire and i'll be relying on lilia quite more than another pomefiore
in the last dungeon i was kicking myself for not including lilia. so. i have actually learned something
and uh ortho. just. i need him. i know dorm epel has healing but so does the platinum vil and he's the same elements and he has duo with someone who i need in this support cater diamond scheme. and ortho has healing for another element and overlaps with the other characters that i have set
i just hate replaying stuff or losing stuff because of a loss battle. like. i rather put in all the effort to buff my team beforehand

Yeah, I wouldn't count on the novels or manga for game canon facts. Supplementary stuff, sure, but there's enough differences to question validity of new info.
I think it's totally believable Leona's been leading longer than Riddle in terms of time. I mean, his reasons for going for it were so he could get his own room and because his roommates basically begged him to (get his own room).
He waits just long enough to give the impression he's not a threat as a freshman. Then whips out all those years of magic studies in a duel.
