im debating switching over because it's apparently the best alternative and it's a one-time purchase and I don't really use any of photoshop's stock images or whatever so the only thing I'd really miss (AS FAR AS I CAN TELL??) are actions (and maybe generative ai)
I actually bought affinity but it actually requires time to learn because it's not similar to PS's arrangement of tools at all. it's in profiles. So it's like editing profile, selecting profile, etc etc instead of your tools all out in the open
