We went up to Syracuse and basically stayed at Sam's boyfriend's friend's house lol

IT WAS VERY EDUCATIONAL if only because sister-in-law works for NASA so she was pointing out where Jupiter was in the sky and all the extra fun things

It was cloudy but we got some glimpses that made it worth it.

Interestingly, the animals LOST THEIR FUCKING MINDS

Dogs howling, cats all spooked. Maybe it was just Syracuse being Syracuse but they were not happy about the sun going missing

Which sister-in-law was like OH YA we're tracking animal behavior, it's like a big thing to be aware of

I spent 1 day driving up to DC, chilling at Alex's place. Then a whole day spent driving up to Albany. We chilled at Sam's for ..... a day or two. Then drove to Syracuse

Then aaaaaall the way back to DC, then finally a train back

I am...... so tired of traveling I haven't slept in the same bed for more than 2 nights in a row. I'm all aches and neck woes

Air mattresses get old after day 4 lol

I was honestly there like 24 hours in total, maybe

So definitely not long enough to be able to manage a visit or outing .-.
