We are on day 7 of relapse. This morning (6am? 5am? Early af am) I saw her eat a bit of kibble. REJOICE.

However.

She may have had more food at other times, I honestly am unsure. But we're at a point where her butt wants to try working again. And that is where this plurk goes to ....... shit ......in a hurry

She has spent most of the afternoon crying and going to the litter box, being unable to do anything, crying more, abandoning the litter box, vomiting, crying more, going back to the litter box.... repeat repeat repeat

It's been an unending cycle for about 2 hours

This is actual misery

I've been following her cleaning up little poop spots or butt scoots

I've covered my bed in towels so she can rest on the bed without having even more clean up

She's finally resting, on my bed. I ended up falling asleep next to her. It's just been exhausting to keep up with

Vet appt at 8:30am tomorrow. I was hoping I could cancel it after I saw her eat. But I think we may need to go just to make sure this butt saga gets handled without her crying in discomfort

But I'm still on the fence. It just depends how this evening goes. If she can settle down, manage to eat more or successfully poop a whole thing then I think it's okay

Time will tell, fingers crossed.
