okay i redid it and the game didn't crash, but the final battle is hard??? and i honestly wasn't expecting that.

also gale really wants to die. and every time i restart i have to convince him not to blow himself up again.

gale (evo wizard 12)/shadowheart (life cleric 12)/lae'zel (ek 12)

for most of the game my main party was gale/shadowheart/astarion (gloomstalker 8/assassin 4) but i switched out for the gith because i thought she'd have interesting orpheus commentary.

my tav is 6 paladin/6 sorcerer.

you get misty step and vow of enmity is broken so that you can cast it on yourself and get advantage on everything.

and haste but i got haste through 6 sorc.

i didn't even use my extremely broken ring that lets you cast enchantment/illusions as a bonus action.

anyway i feel like i got all good endings. open to interpretation i guess but no party members died even though gale certainly volunteered to.

tav married gale and told his cat to visit them more so primary goal of petting the cat accomplished.

I did a wood elf to have more steps, but that's all good to know

misty step is probably my favorite spell lol.

all in all i am gonna pretty much immediately start a second playthrough.

good game, worthy successor to bg2 even though they did viconia dirty.
