Oh, no. I would much rather throw up. You feel almost instant relief. But dry heaves just goes on and on and you have to try really hard to

make yourself stop and your chest hurts really bad...it's horrible.

Dry heaves isn't gross...nothing comes out of your body. That's the point lol
