They have a free tier, but you're limited to two projects. $10.80/month to unlock it.

what you need, and if there's any FLOSS solutions which might fit those needs. Not got a Mac to test on right now (got 3 iMacs that are retired, and probably not clear which ones might boot, but they would be older), but can take a look at Linux solutions which might also work for Mac (because honestly I'm interested in the answer).

I don't know FLOSS. I just need something to track my time on jobs (clock in and out). I've been paying. $20/month for years and it's too much!

That's definitely a lot of money. FLOSS meaning "Free Libre Open Source Software". Mind sharing what you're currently using?

If you don't need that google account to SFTP into the server, then you can set up analytics without that account.

if you need to have online functionality? Well, "on the go" functionality. It's just you correct?

LedgerSMB may work for you.

Not sure if it would be a fit for you. I think there's probably a demo site that you can check. Timefox looks to be including more that time tracking, but more ERP type functionality. Which is what LedgerSMB is designed for.

It looks like you're using the "In House" tier, and I'm wondering if the "Classic" tier would suit your needs. That would drop that price to $5.00/month. Still more than I'd be happy with, but I also would be more than happy spending $60/month worth of work on maintaining something like that.

you either find a cheaper solution that's familiar, or a new solution that works for you. There are people who will host LedgerSMB, and I suspect at a reasonable price. I'm in touch with the developers.
