[Tech |Programs] Hey tech people! Does anybody know of a good program (free or paid) that allows you to create, open and edit PDFs?
Long story short, Adobe sucks and a lot of the Office knock-offs have issues opening PDFs without messing with them.
I don't mind paying a fair price for a good program that I'll own and not have to subscribe to but free is always nice too.
I don't remember how extensive Foxit is but it's the one I use the most
I think Libre Office has a pdf editor too but you'd have to check
(on mobile atm so can't look myself)
