And wouldn't you know it, I found a fake, cosplay coin that was 2.3cm!!

And THEN I took a close look at the museum piece and thought 'self, why not try to do a bit MORE'?

So yea, I will post other pics here as I slowly lose what's left of my sanity, attempting to recreate the actual decorations around the frame of the coin. AND the chain to connect it all, and all by Jan 27th.

It was part of a kickstarter that I backed. 
I bought it as a present for Bear and the coins just came in this week. And when I saw the profile coin was the perfect size and color? Hey, can't let a gift like that go to waste, you know? 
That's delightful and it's looking so good!
