My brother-in-law just came into my home and didnt even say hello to
me. Am I wrong in thinking that's messed up?
He came into the house and used the bathroom then left again. He didn't say hello or anything. He knew I was in the living room.
He never comes over. When he does it's usually to just drop my husband off after they've been out somewhere.

I don't think so. I stayed at his house for a few months before moving into my own place with husband and he said hi from time to time then
heh. i'm picturing random "hi" bombs around the door jamb.
weird. maybe he thinks he's bothering you or having a bad day or... maybe he's just a jerk.
I'm going to go with jerk at this time. If you're going to come into my house and release bodily fluids you have to say to the occupants.
