我用两只鸡腿肉,斩块。腌料:2tbsp tomyam酱, 1x鸡蛋,1tsp盐,1tsp疯柑叶丝,1/2tbsp香茅碎,1 1/2tbsp面粉,1tbsp蜀粉。然后腌至少3小时,炸至金黄色,最后挤上酸酐汁便可。

在腌鸡时加少许油,可在炸时不容易沾pan,而且鸡肉吃起来很多汁

Aliva: 有机会可以试试动手做tomyam炸鸡,很开胃。SG 应该没有。以前在SG,要找tomyam汤也难
