why?

I have television series in my queue and they keep sending me out of order. Defeats the whole exchange old for new concept.

Phoned support. Rep said system doesn't work that way and I must have changed up my queue. I only added. Wasn't first time happened.

And now that retail stores stock Blu-Ray discs, it makes the Total Access concept more appealing. I want to try? I don't know.
