the city of Birmingham is dying

businesses do not want to do business downtown because it costs them so much

look at Center Point

they use to have the lowest sales tax around and attracted all of those car dealerships

now they're incorporated and have city taxes and look what happened.. they all moved off of 459

the samething is going to happen to the dealerships downtown.. Jim Burke.. etc
