so it's their problem.. i called earlier to feedback to them.. they keep insisting that i must have accidentally deleted it or i did

not add it in the first place.. DUH

The whole list will disappear. I have got 10 - 12 items.

i was damn pissed off when they insist that i add it again, print screen and show them evidence that i did add it! WTF right!

But isn't there a stupid line that says 'your list is not available at the moment' or something like that?

no... it only shows "you have no bill payment arrangement"

Bleah. Try again tml or later.

But make sure you don't key in new ones. I suspect if u do that, then it might actually overwrite and u then really need to key again.
