I'm struggling myself!

why? It's actually easier than twitter - all the new responses are there - I don't have to look and the conversations are all self contained

not all over the place so that I have to search back and back and back looking for a conversation thread.

I do think it is easier, I thought you meant with school starting up, balancing everything and Plurk.

Mute what doesn't interest you.... Sounds cruel, but it is important to retain sanity.

add friends slowly & wisely. Look at "new" plurks in yellow first by skimming. Click "new responses", hover over to see if you're interested

if you are, click, if not, keep moving right. At the end, mark all read, and start again. Takes me two passes usually. 10m and I'm out.
