jason marquis signed to washington. your thoughts?

Marquis is 1) quite hittable 2)doesn't strike out batters 3) bad at allowing walks 4) going to play at the toughest division in NL

I think it's not going to be pretty for him next season. But for 2 years $15MM for a SP you really can't expect too much.
