How does your district allow students to blog? Are the blogs protected (walled-garden) or are they open to all?

i use classblogmeister, so I (personally) have to approve every blog and comment. They are open 4 everyone to read though.

I am loving reading some of these blogs- and leaving some comments on some so students can see that someone really does read them!
