IT WORKS!!! IT REALLY WORKS!!!
latest #16
and now i feel slightly stupid
lol; its the prompt you type commands into in a linux environment
ahh what distro or your own build
shibby is it an embedded system or for personal use
we were just exploring a bit of the shell program with in bash - our professor gave us a program to start from that executed most commands
(ls, ls -al, such stuff as that), and then we had to add at least two of five choices 1- change directory, 2- usable history, 3- environment
variables, 4- background programs, or 5- move through history with arrow keys
I implemented 1,2 and 4, and let me tell you, it was a right pain in the ass
wil take your word for it and avoid programing
and then.....the cow jumped over the moon!!
and then i found 20 bucks...
