is
asleep in the library, having fallen asleep while doing her homework.
sees her sleeping and carefully approaches, delicately takes the book from under her arm, the notebook, trying to make her comfortable.
shifts as he moves the books, but doesn't wake up.
slowly moves a strand of hair from her face, watching her sleep, smiling. Looks around to check if no one's there.
starts to wake up, lifting her head, still disoriented.
blushes, takes his hand off her hair. "Good morning."
rubs at her eyes. "Mornin'..."
knees by her side. "You should go to bed..."
shakes her head. "No way."
"But you're tired..." puts some of her hair behind her ear.
sighs. "I have stuff to do though. I don't have time to sleep."
"But you have to!" sighs. "At least come take a cup of coffee before you continue."
looks at the pile of work. "I guess I can do that..."
nods and stands up, waiting for her to take his hand. "Let's go, then."
stands too, taking his hand.
flushes and looks down, taking her to the cafeteria. "Do they give you too much homework in Senior Year?"
doesn't notice, and keeps walking. "Kind of, yeah. It's not as bad as last year was though."
"Really? I don't get this much homework, being a Junior." looks at her. "You look cute when you sleep. Well, not only when you sleep, b-but
_when you sleep you look specially cute."
Belgium
is
caught off guard by that, and looks away. "Uhm, thanks!"
"It's true..."
laughs. "I'll take your word for it!"
"And I like when you laugh!" smiles at her, arriving at the cafeteria.
"Do you? What else do you like about me?" she asks, smiling back.
"Well..." tries hard not to say 'everything'. "I like how you're always positive about things."
has a sudden urge to kiss him, but doesn't want him to freak out, so she doesn't. "Oh! Thanks!"
stops with her in the line, not letting go of her hand, turns to her. "And these are just a few things I like about you, actually..."
looks at him, blushing the slightest bit, trying to cover it with a smile. "You like a lot of things about me?"
blushes. "Yes... I do."
laughs, before stopping and making an attempt at a serious expression. "I like a lot of things about you too."
blushes a bit more. "Ah. Really? L-like what?"
"Like... Pretty much everything about you."
"Really?... I..." takes a deep breath. "I feel like doing something really dangerous right now..."
stares at him. "Dangerous? Like what?"
"Like..." leans in closer.
notices him getting closer, and doesn't move. "Like...?"
moves closer and presses his lips against her for a brief moment. "...this."
turns scarlet as he does so. "O-oh!" She says, surprised.
looks down. "S-sorry." turns his back to her, walking a bit as the line does so.
frowns as he turns his back to her, and tugs on his arm.
turns to face her again.
"Why did you turn away?" She asks, still frowning.
"Aren't you mad or something?"
laughs. "No, I'm not mad!"
looks relieved. "Good." smiles.
smiles back. "You should smile more, it's nice!"
"I can try." keeps smiling. "So..." looks away. "...about that..."
keeps on looking at him. "What about it?"
takes a step back, bringing her with him, because the line moved. "I like you. Like... in a more than friendly way."
Belgium
is
unsure how she should react to that. "Oh! You do?" She asks, blushing a little.
Norway
wants
to turn around again, but doesn't. "Yes. I do. I hope that won't stop you from coming to the ball with me? I-I mean, things don't have to
_change, you know..."
"Of course I'll still go to the ball with you. Why wouldn't I?"
shrugs. "Maybe you'd feel awkward..."
shakes her head. "No way, it's fine."
"Good." takes another step back. "What will you want? Just coffee?"
nods. "Yeah, just coffee."
turns around and orders coffee for both of them, takes her hand and pulls her to the other side with him, to wait for the coffee.
keeps ahold of his hand even after he's pulled her to the side, trying to think of something to say.
doesn't want to let go of her hand, but ends up doing so, gets the cups of coffee and hands her one. "Here it is..."
takes the cup, smiling. "Thanks!" She takes a careful sip, not wanting to burn herself.
smiles, taking a sip of his own. "Want to sit down for a bit or go back to the library?"
"Let's sit down for a bit. I'm not ready to go back to the library."
"Okay." leads her to an empty table and sits down.
sits down at the table too. "So..."
"So...?" points the coffee. "Sugar?"
shrugs, not knowing what to say still, feeling awkward.
Norway
feels
really awkward, and sips his coffee quietly.
takes a drink of her coffee, looking away. "How have you been lately...?"
"I'm fine. No fights..." shrugs. "I'm behaving. I even talk to Niels like a very normal person." smiles
smiles back. "That's good."
"It is. And how about you?"
"I've been okay, I guess. Busy."
"You should throw your homework out of the window." shrugs
laughs. "I wish! I can't do that though. It's important."
raises both eyebrows. "I can do that for you, then!" stands up
stands up. "W-wait, what? You're kidding, right?"
makes a serious face. "Nope."
pouts. "You have to be kidding."
smiles. "Not kidding."
continues to pout at him.
"D-don't pout!"
"Why not?"
"Because..." blushes. "...well, it's cute."
blinks. "Oh! ...Don't you like it when I'm cute?"
"But I can't do nothing about it."
laughs. "Why not?"
"I just... think I can't." is confused. "Can I?"
just shrugs.
sighs, thinks girls are too confusing. Takes her hand and pulls her close, putting an arm around her waist. "Stop pouting." says kissing the
corner of her lips.
blushes, and stops pouting, smiling instead.
smiles against her face, lifts her chin and kisses her.
wraps her arms around him and kisses him back.
deepens the kiss, holding a strand of her hair between his fingers.
continues to kiss him, pulling his body closer once she had her arms around him.
uses the arm around her waist to pulls her closer, finishes the kiss a few seconds later, resting his forehead against hers.
smiles softly, looking up at him.
smiles back and pecks her lips. "Can I throw your homework out of the window now?"
sighs. "No, but we can shove it into my locker and forget about it until later."
nuzzles her neck. "I like this idea."
giggles, and kisses him on the cheek.
holds her close. "Now?"
Belgium

reluctant to let him go, but nods anyway. "Yeah, now."
Takes her hand and the coffee. "Come on, then..."
"I am!" She replied, laughing. "What's the rush?"
"I want to take you away from that homework. You study too much."
"Well we are at school! Isn't that what people are supposed to do?"
"No!!! That's what people want you to think." smirks. "School is supposed to be fun."
raises an eyebrow. "Fun! No one told me that!"
"Because it's a secret!"
laughs. "Well, doesn't that just explain everything?"
nods, nods. "It does. I can't believe no told you that before..." shakes his head
shrugs, before casting him a serious look. "But really, it's kindof important."
looks at her. "B-but..."
"But?"
"Nevermind. Just give yourself the break you said you'd give." takes her to the field.
sighs. "I will, I already said I would."
"Sorry" x_x
shakes her head. "There's no need to be sorry!"
"I'll stop bothering you about this. I swear."
shrugs. "It's fine." she replies, looking down at their hands for a moment.
looks at her, and then at where she's looking, blushes but doesn't let go.
looks up at him, sees the blush, and smiles softly. "You really do like me, don't you?"
looks down and nods.
takes her free hand, and gently moves his head with it, trying to make him make eye contact with her.
still blushing, looks at her
"I...." She pauses, frowning, trying to find a way to word it.
"...you see me as a friend." nods
"I didn't say that."
"oh..." stays quiet, waiting for her to say.
sighs. "I'm not sure how I feel."
takes a step closer and kisses her cheek. "Don't worry about this. I'm not asking you anything. I just... I needed you to know."
closes her eyes, trying to keep her thoughts straight. "How can I not worry about it?"
"Uh... well..."
opens her eyes again, looking at him.
blinks, blinks. "I don't want you to be worried about it. Really, I can deal with it."
opens her mouth to protest, then laughs instead. "Right. I'll try not to then."
chuckles. "Good!"
stares at him, not noticing how close they are.
bites his lower lip and looks at their hands, wondering if he should let go.
looks at their hands as well, frowning a bit at how awkward this was.
drops her hand and takes a step back
looks away, trying to find a way to make things less awkward. "So, how are you dealing with the cold weather?"
"I love cold weather. It's awesome to drink coffee and cuddle in blankets. Just terrible when you have to wake up early."
laughs. "Yeah, waking up early is terrible."
"I always want to stay in bed a bit longer, but I know that my ten minutes could easily turn into a whole hour..."
