I went with my son to AT&T to set up DSL internet service for his apartment. They took one solid hour to get this accomplished.

we also had to put up a $100 deposit which later we found to be incorrect.

the order had the wrong address to send the modem to, so I had to call the next day to try to fix that.

they told me there was no way to fix it, I would have to cancel the order and start over.
