that sounds really good--recipe?

I'm really bad in that I use recipes as 'guides'. Here's what I do:

cook hamburger meat & season to taste (add onion, whatever). Put in bottom of sprayed casserole dish & cover with cornbread mixing.

I add corn, bell pepper & chiles to the mix so it's baked right in. Follow oven directions on cornbread mix, since meat is already cooked

let it cool for a few minutes then scarf it right down! I make salsa about 3x a week so that gets put on top when done.

Whoops! Almost forgot an ingredient! Add a layer of shredded cheese between meat & cornbread mix. Just ate leftovers & remembered :blush:
