enters the classroom, and double checks the room number when he notices the sleeping sophomore.
places his books down on a desk quietly, and gently taps her on the shoulder. "Miss...?"
shakes her head slightly and snuggles her face into the crook of her arm.
speaks a little louder this time. "Uhm, I think you might want to wake up...?"
snaps an arm out drowsily, mistaking the voice for her brother's, and hits Kiku in the stomach.
recoils a bit. "Itai-!" He frowns at her.
mumbles something in chinese. "哥哥走开!" ((Big brother, go away.))
only semi-understands, and stays what he hopes is out of arm-reach. "Miss, please wake up. I'm not your brother."
flails her arm in his general direction.
grabs her wrist to stop the flailing.
snaps her head up, and relaxes when she realizes it's not her brother. "Whoa. Hi. What?"
quickly lets go when he realizes she woke up, a little embarassed. "Uhm, I think you may be in the wrong classroom..."
still groggy, and looks around in confusion. "What, really?"
nods. "Ah, you're a sophomore...right? This is a Junior's classroom.."
how he knew she was a sophomore, but he's right D:
saw her around last year, but not in his class. Powers of deduction~?
supposes the could be it and wonders if he knew her brother.
Kiku
wonders 14 years ago
who her brother would be, and what class he's in?
scowls. "Wang Yao. I don't know his classes though."
nods. "Ah, yes. He was my tutor last year."
surprised that he actually knows him..."Was he annoying?"
shrugs. "He liked to do things the more difficult way in math, so I decided not to get his help this year."
that sounds like older brother...
sits down in the desk next to her."So you're his sister, then? Pleased to meet you. I forgot to introduce myself, but my name's Honda Kiku~"
indeed Yao's sister...unfortunately. "Nice to meet you. I'm Wang MeiXuan."
nods, then smiles. "So, is there somewhere you're actually supposed to be this period? Or do you make it a habit to nap in empty classes~?"
she probably missed a class, but it's alright =.=
that's probably not a good thing, but doesn't want to reprimand a cute girl.
shrugs and pulls out a schedule to see exactly what she missed.
, for her sake, it wasn't math...
frowns when she reads off "chemistry."
Hope that wasn't important
for a moment. "From what I remember, first day of chemistry was mostly introductions. I think you should be fine."
it's ok she skipped then...first weeks are useless.
first week's classes are the nicest, since they're the easiest.
rubs at her eyes, still a little groggy.
