strangely enough, i have never woken up anywhere and not known where i was... even when sleeping in completely new places.

there have been moments

Sure

complete darkness. I always have a light on somewhere so when I wake up, I know exactly where I'm at.

only happened once when i worked i woke up and didnt realize i was at work

it's been happening more and more . . I wake up confused . . .can't parse the traffic sounds . .can't sort out north or where the door is.

it's starting to make me nervous.

been sleeping in this room for most of the last 6 years . . .just weird and scary.

I have gone through periods where this happens for a bit; 4 me, it seems associated with changes in sleep cycle or recent illness w fever.

I have been sick a lot more recently . . . maybe I just need not to stress about it . . see what happens.

sometimes I wake up uncertain about what decade it is, whether I have my kids yet or not... if there are no other symptoms, I wouldn't fret

although some might say it is worrisome to be like me.
