I'd even have a room of lockers that would be rented out so people wouldn't have to keep dragging supplies back and forth.

The one we are looking at has a room I can use for my sewing another for hubbys tattoo stuff, and another for storage. will know more next

and then theire is the main show room, the rooms arnt huge but I dont thing we need huge right now

Use it as a gallery and sell hand crafted things on consignment to help off set the cost of the mortgage.

We plan to do one of the rooms up as a reception/gather room that might help too
