Describing Storycorps. A very interesting project. (Blogger described as a conspiracy to make all of America cry) - very touching stories
holy shit i've shed a few tears hearing storycorps on NPR on the way to work
Yeah, he shared a few of them, I think he was being kind, only one was remotely tear-inducing, but a happy context (a proposal of marriage)
Probably a bad thing to have a room of 500+ designers sobbing uncontrollably.
i'll dig up some of the goods one some time for you
awesome! I'd love to see more
Now showing off "City of Strangers" [1825-1865] - reminiscent of another educational piece you and I saw online earlier done in flash.
Project "The Caring World"
emphasizes the idea of ...what else? caring. Examining the humanity of the subjects.
The use of silence and lack of editing produces the sense of someone standing before you talking to you.
More really touching stories - just showed one. Very impressive. Wish I had the memory on this camera to tape it all.
Now discussing the National Septemeber 11th Memorial Museum. (a project just starting)
