就是合約到期了，才有這些問題，我打電話叫telstra把Internet停掉，結果它順便把我的電話一起停了。花了幾個小時打電話給telstra, optus和isp，all on my mobile

that's really stupid....telstra should repay for all that cost..

phone is back, not the internet yet, as the isp said they have to reorder the connect to the new number, and it might take 3-5 days

called telstra and ask them to do it right now, the the person said that i have to ask the isp to call them

then i called the isp again, and the person explained to me that according to their agreement with telstra, they have to email but not call

or they might be fined by the wholesaler, in this case, fucking telstra. have to call telstra again

that's all lot of bullshit agreement, why does customer have to care about whatever they agreed with telstra when service is down?

and..who cares if the wholesaler fires them... totally stupid

because they didn't do anything wrong, and they did try to solve my problem asap.

and finally i'm sure that, that's just excuse telstra used to push you to someone else

i called optus many times because different person from telstra told me a different reason that i can call optus to get my old number back

btw, internet was back this afternoon

how come they always try to mess things up when u try to stop paying them money, no way to sue them?

yes, there is orgnisation who deal with these shits. and i'm still with telstra as optus needs 14 days to conect, still can't get the no.

and my internet is ok, 50GB every month (including upload and download) for $49.95. and it's one of the two best isp in australia

expensive....i'm paying less then you are...and download as much as i want for 10m..

of course it's expensive, because the cost to lay the network in here is much higher than in asian countries

not the cost...the plan sucks, i don't mind pay little more but suck with all kinda download limit

i think it will be gone in few years. aapt now has a 8pm to 8am unlimited plan at reasonable price. the 50gb plan i use is ok, more to come
