Okay the Beef Emenadas from Argentina were great as well as the Chicken Tostada from Mexico City!!!

Oh and the Chocolate Lava Cake from Cork Ireland was to die for!

Oh man... the Empanadas.... I could drive down just for those. Had 'em a couple of years ago when Jeff and I were there. Awesome!

the Lava Cake was the best thing at the fest! But don't miss Louisiana, great etouffe, gumbo, and Abita beer!

I have yet to try Abita. I'm waiting for a personal introduction the next time we can meet you guys in a park!
