did they take forever?

no, they put chicken in my vegetarian food and then when I sent it back, it still had chicken in it. Like somebody had tried to pick it out.

It was a total FAIL and we ended up just leaving without me eating.

FAIL!

that's a terrible mess. If you're motivated enough to write a complaint, maybe they'll straighten up their act.

I wrote them an email complaint last night; we'll see if I get an answer. I asked "Is this your corportate policy on returned food?"
