what might have caused it to be bad?
low occupancy which results in scheduling of just me but many of the groups that were in are known for all eating at the hotel.
typically I'd guess 15-20% of the hotel guests eat in rest bar or room service when there are no banquets but some groups it's a higher %
a lot of those groups were checking in yesterday giving me the potential to be kinda ambushed with buisness despite the low occupancy
